The truth hurts, and the truth is, Americans are getting lazy! More than 50 percent of American men and women do not get enough physical activity to provide health benefits. For adults, thirty minutes of moderate physical activity on most days of the week is recommended. You can develop one routine, or you can do something different every day. Find fun ways to stay in shape and feel good, such as dancing, gardening, cutting the grass, swimming, walking, or jogging.
Here’s a tip you may not think about. Most of us get headaches, but what you take for your headache matters. A lingering headache is common after even a minor head injury. For relief, take acetaminophen, like Tylenol, rather than aspirin since aspirin will increase the risk of bleeding in the brain.
