If you could make just one change in your lifestyle or diet to lower your risk of cancer and improve your overall health, what would you choose? It’s been proven that people who exercise are at much lower risk for breast cancer and colon cancer compared to sedentary people.
It’s not too early to start thinking about next year’s St. John’s Life Fair. It’s set for Saturday, March 29th at the Leggett & Platt Athletic Center on the campus of MSSU. We’ll have all the same free screenings and activities for the public, plus a featured guest speaker. For more information about St. John’s Annual Life Fair, call St. John’s Referral One at 625-2000 or log onto stj.com.
