St. John's Health MinuteMost likely, we’ve all tried a diet at some point in our lives. For many of us, we’re always on a diet. But it seems no matter how hard you try, one day you fall off that diet plan and you have to start all over again. Well, instead try these simple diet tips to help keep you on track. First, eat breakfast daily, don’t skip meals, savor every bite, but watch portion size and buddy up. Get a support system in place to help you with your plan. And finally, get active, make small changes and be realistic. It’ll never work if you set your sights too high.

OK ladies, if you missed it the first or even second time around, you won’t want to miss it this time. St. John’s is offering our self-defense class for women on Saturday, March 10th from 10 – 2 in our Conference Center. The class is instructed by a retired police officer. The class is free, but size is limited, so call to register now. And for more information about all of our upcoming health screenings, call St. John’s Referral One at 625-2000 or log onto stj.com.
