Here’s something to consider the next time you pass up going to the gym. It's easy to fit physical activities into your daily routine. Take a 10-minute activity break every hour while you read, do homework or watch TV. Climb stairs instead of taking an elevator. Try to do these things for a total of 30 minutes every day and you’ll be on your way to better health.
Since we are only in the second week of the new year, chances are you may not have cheated and ruined your new years resolution yet.
