Stress, we all have it, but we all deal with it differently. Stress, simply put is the opposite of relaxation. So how are we suppose to deal with it? You can start by getting organized. Breathe, meditate, exercise, go on a diet, get lots of rest, or just talk to yourself. It’s really NOT that crazy. You can help calm yourself, preventing a series of problems that stem from stress, like an increased heart rate, high blood pressure, heart disease or stroke. So the next time you feel the stress getting to you…take a breather and talk to yourself.

It should be no surprise that employees with allergies are costing companies millions. In fact, more than $250 million dollars annually in missed workdays and lost productivity.

So what can you do about it?  Talk to your doctor, there are several alternatives to the drowsy allergy drugs. But you can’t get the help you need unless you come out of the fog and talk to someone who can help.

To find an allergy specialist near you, call St. John’s Referral One at 625-2000 or log onto stj.com.
