St. John's Health MinuteOne of the latest crazes, eating raw fish. Yup, sushi has become all the rage, but we had to ask, is it safe? I mean, how risky is the raw fish in sushi? Properly prepared and handled sushi fish is safer than other raw fish, but it's obviously not as safe as cooked fish. So, the good news, generally, seafood is very safe to eat.
