At the top of the list – soups. We frequently think of soup as a filler, but certain soups can be packed full of calories and fat. # 2 – pork. Depending on the cut, the piece of pork in front of you can be equal to low-fat, low-calorie chicken, or as high in fat as a hot dog. And even if it's a lean cut of meat, adding sauce or cheese to a nice slice of pork can ruin its value to your waistline. And here’s a sneaky one - salad dressings are notorious for sneaking loads of extra calories and fat onto what might seem like a healthy meal. Some of the others making the list that can trick you …dried fruit, nuts, granola, breakfast bars, coffee (with all the fixings), juice and soda.
