OK – so you meant to drop a few pounds this winter, and then again this spring. And now that summer is just about here, you're wondering how to shed that extra weight, and fast. For some people diet shakes work, to help jump start weight loss. That’s because you can easily count your calories consumed. However, doctors warn that it’s still best to lose weight on a balanced, low-fat diet that includes lots of fruits and vegetables. Just remember, if you are trying one of those diet shakes, they won't work unless you eat fewer calories than you burn every day.
