It’s the day of regret as you weigh all the food you consumed yesterday. It just so happens, today is also the busiest shopping day of the year, so there’s one great idea to start burning off those calories.
If that doesn’t get you out of your turkey coma, consider this. Hanging those Christmas lights or raking leaves are also good forms of exercise and can help burn off the more than 3,000 calories you consumed with that Thanksgiving feast. So make today a day to get out of the house and do something to better your health.
St. John’s is ready to get into the holiday spirit with our annual lighting ceremony. We invite you to come out and see the flip of the switch with your kids. The lighting ceremony will take place in the Courtyard at St. John’s, December at 5:30 p.m. For more information or to find out about other events at St. John’s, just call St. John’s Referral One at 625-2000 or log onto stj.com.
