OK – ladies. Here are several tips you need to hear, even if you don’t want to. First - skip the fried and fatty foods, and strive for at least half an hour of exercise daily. And if you plan on having children someday, it's a good idea to take a multivitamin that gives you plenty of folic acid now. The benefits of folic acid for the developing fetus kick in even before you know you're pregnant. Work on your relationship – with your doctor. Everyone should have a primary physican, and you should feel comfortable asking the more delicate subjects with them. And finally – know your family health history. It’s good to ask the questions now, while you still have the chance.
