It’s time to take a closer look at our habits and why we do everything in our power to avoid exercise. Think about it. How many times do you circle the parking lot looking for a closer spot, just so you don’t have to walk very far? Or how many times do you sit down to watch TV, with a snack in your hand? Why not change it up a bit. Park farther out and get the much-needed exercise or walk in place while watching your favorite show. Every lit bit counts and the more we exercise and watch what we eat, the better off we’ll be.
