We all get stressed at some point, whether it’s the kids or work. And your doctor would tell you that stress is not good for you. So the next time you feel your stress level rising, take a moment and try one of these easy techniques. #1 - get some physical exercise. Sometimes a good run is all you need. #2 - Take a warm bath or shower. Ladies know what I’m talking about. #3 - Count to ten when you really feel like screaming. And finally, the next time you feel stressed, pour yourself a cup of warm herbal tea. It has a calming effect and can help you relax.
