If you have type 2 diabetes, you should be scheduling regular workouts–on a treadmill, in the weight room or–even better–both. During the month of October, St. John’s wants you to think pink. The lights are now glowing pink on the building, and we are featuring a pink ribbon tree. You can purchase a ribbon for $1 and place it on the tree with a message. All the proceeds will go to help women get mammograms who can’t afford them. Also, get ready, because the St. John’s Mobile Mammography Unit is coming to a town near you. And for more information about all of St. John’s activities during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, go to stj.com.
